Although our Liability release form is downloadable here as an individual form, use this downloadable form idf River Country Staff recommends it, otherwise PLEASE FILL OUT THE ELECTRONIC WAIVER (LIABILITY FORM, DURING CHECK OUT) IT WILL SPEED YOUR VISIT, AND PREVENT AN UN NEEDED DELAY.
Safety at Bucks County River Country is our number one job! Every customer regardless of age MUST sign a liability waiver before participating in ANY activity at Bucks County River Country. All customers younger than 18 years of age MUST have a Legal parent or guardian sign the liability waiver for them. NO EXCEPTIONS as river activities involve risk.

As with any outdoor activity with water sports there is risk involved. Since Bucks County River Country is FULLY insured at great cost to us, insurance companies and their underwriters for outfitters such as River Country, continue to impose requirements such as Liability Release forms ( to be filled out and signed ) by potential customers before they participate in any activities offered by water sport outfitters.
An individual completed form for each and every participant is required. If your group has children (persons under the age of 18), a form for each child must be filled out and signed by the child’s parent or guardian.
PLEASE DON’T LET THE LACK OF A SIGNED LIABILITY FORM RUIN YOUR GROUP TRIP. BY SEGREGATING A CHILD FROM THE REST OF THE GROUP. WITHOUT A FORM CHILDREN WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTAKE IN ANY OF OUR ACTIVITIES.
