COVID-19 Information

OUR COVID-19 POLICIES

Due to the current Governmental regulations regarding the COVID19 virus, we at River Country have instituted a few changes to how we conduct business in order to maintain a Safe and Healthy environment for Our Customers and our workers. Although some of our procedures have changed, OUR FUN is still the best Fun under the Sun! We are detailing this information so that you can make an informed decision about River Country activities.

The following statements regarding the COVID19 Virus, are constantly evolving and changing at River Country due to the changing guidance from authorities. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know – [email protected] country.net – OR call us – ( 215 ) 297-5000.

1. We are requiring customers to reserve on-line, as it minimizes the physical contact between individuals at River Country, and get you onto the River far quicker.

If you arrive at River Country without a reservation you will be asked to drive out of the parking lot to a special area to make an on-line reservation, you may then return to the parking lot to park.

2. We are requiring you to download print and have your liability form/s ready to hand over BEFORE you enter our lot. One is needed for EVERY PARTICIPANT. Customers UNDER 18 MUST HAVE THE FORM SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN. Click Here to Download the Form.

3. Parking is no longer paid at the parking lot, you must pay at the time you reserve your activities on-line.

4. Mask Mandates – As of May 14th 2021, The CDC issued new guidance for the use of masks CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said

“Today, CDC is updating our guidance for fully vaccinated people,” CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said Thursday at a White House COVID-19 briefing. “Anyone who is fully vaccinated, can participate in indoor and outdoor activities, large or small, without wearing a mask or physical distancing. If you are fully vaccinated, you can start doing the things that you had stopped doing because of the pandemic.”

Although this statement has been made, it is a conditional statement, using the term “fully Vaccinated” as the qualifier. Since we will have no practical means for verification of a customer’s vaccination status, we at Bucks County River Country are leaving the decision to wear a Mask while on River Country property to each customer’s personal choice. We Still offer masks to purchase at River Country.

If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, then please feel free to do so. If you decide not to wear a mask, we will not force you to do so, as it is your choice. Please do not impose your personal choice onto to other customers at River Country.

Although masks are NOT required at River Country, you may purchase Triple-ply Cotton masks at check-out when reserving on-line for $4 each. They will be waiting for you upon arrival.

We are taking cues from the Bucks County Department of Health, and have been told that the Department of Health is NOT enforcing Mask mandates, As such we have relaxed our Mask wearing policy, including mask wearing while riding in a River Country Bus or Van.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, without notice. If you have questions or concerns, contact us: [email protected] ~ 215-297-5000
